MUltiSCAle population dynamics for physiological systems

MUSCA (MUltiSCAle populations dynamics for physiological systems) is a joint project-team between Inria, INRAE and CNRS, gathering members from Inria Centre Saclay–Île-de-France, INRAE  Centre Val-de-Loire (UMR CNRS 7247 - INRAE 0085 Physiologie de la Reproduction et des Comportements) and INRAE Centre Île-de-France Jouy-en-Josas (UR 1404 INRAE MaiAGE).

MUSCA is an intrinsically interdisciplinary team in Biomathematics and Systems Biology, which brings together applied mathematicians and biologists. Our main research line is grounded on deterministic and stochastic population dynamics, in finite or infinite dimension. We study open methodological issues raised by the modeling, analysis and simulation of multiscale in time and/or space dynamics in the field of physiology, with a special focus on developmental and reproductive biology, as well as digestive ecophysiology.
