Particle methods using Monge-Ampère
Particle methods using Monge-Ampère

The ParMA project focuses on the application of OT techniques to the numerical resolution of problems, where one want to impose that a point cloud (representing either some data, or the result of a simulation) follows a certain probability distribution. This will for instance be done by using the Wasserstein distance as a penalization. We especially focus on the numerical analysis and resolution relying on particle discretization (i.e. point clouds)
