Recruitment campaign for researchers 2025

Changed on 30/01/2025

Collective commitment, the ambition to respond to challenges and have an impact, and support for risk-taking of all kinds are the values that contribute to Inria's vitality.

This year, Inria is renewing its “Inria Starting Faculty Position” (ISFP) offer, designed to boost Inria's attractiveness. These positions are based on a permanent civil service contract (CDI) and are associated with a teaching service in an Inria partner higher education institution (approximately 32 to 64 hours per year). The aim of this new recruitment scheme is twofold:
- Greater interaction with leading research universities
- Greater attractiveness of early-career research careers

All candidates can apply for the CRCN competition only, the ISFP campaign only, or both.
ISFP applications are the same as those for CRCN competitions, and are evaluated according to the same criteria by the same selection juries. Eligible candidates who have applied for both types of position will therefore only have to audition once.
Applicants to CRCN competitions who also wish to apply to the ISFP recruitment campaign must submit the same application for the ISFP offer.

There are 18 vacancies for fulltime research fellows, 12 ISFP positions and 15 vacancies for 2nd-class research directors.

The 2025 campaign is now open. You can apply online until midnight February 10, 2025.
