Through the Young Talents Awards, the L'Oréal Foundation rewards 35 young female doctoral and post-doctoral students in all fields of science each year. These scholarships recognize their work and aim to support the place of women in research, so that they can contribute fully to solving the major challenges of our time, and also to encourage more young girls to take up science. Alesia Herasimenka, Swarn Priya and Margaux Zaffran are three brilliant young researchers who have been awarded the 2023 edition of the L'Oréal-UNESCO Fellowships "For Women in Science".
